Youth Arts Education
A main focus of the Goss is to encourage children to engage with the arts. With generous community support, we have provided: Children’s Theater productions at no cost to the participants; Educational programs covering a range of topics like positivity, connectedness, and anti-bullying; Local Vocals Watertown Area Youth Choir; Free symphony tickets to local music students and teachers.
Cultural Experiences
The Goss collaborated with the SD Arts Council to present “Dakota Daughters,” which highlighted 3 perspectives of the Wounded Knee Massacre and “Black Hills Sheroes” which depicts the early days of Dakota Territory through the eyes of the women who lived it.
Lifelong Learning
Our Learning & Libations programming highlights a different cause while teaching new skills in a fun and casual environment.
Collaboration with local professionals and organizations has been key to the success of this program.
Community Development
The Goss is an active Downtown neighbor, participating in many events and celebrations.
